Get Ad Platform Capabilities

GET 
/api/clicktracking/ad-platforms/capabilities

Get the capability matrix for every supported ad platform.

The response is the same document the create validator and the assistant read: which ad shapes, goals, fields, targeting dimensions, updates, audiences, insights and account features each platform supports. A value of "unknown" means the ad provider's own specification does not state it - the platform's notes say why.

Args: ad_capability_service: Injected capability matrix reader

Returns: {version, description, field_names, platforms: {slug: {...}}}

Raises: HTTPException: 500 if the matrix cannot be read
